A Day in the Life: Receptionist
The duties of a receptionist are commonly known, the main one being: answering incoming calls to the office. But unless you've been in a phone oriented role yourself you probably have no idea what types of phone conversations are even possible, I sure didn't and I am still experiencing new and interesting callers that I keep adding to the bottom of this list as I write it! I felt it would be fun to share 30+ samples of interesting phone calls that I get (thankfully not all in one day though).
Perhaps you have once answered a call like this, or perhaps you were once that caller. Either way, enjoy!
